Red Velvet Dinosaur Birthday Cake

This is Q's Red Velvet Dinosaur Birthday Cake. It turned out awesome and tasted fantastic. K8 made it by herself the night before Q's Birthday. She did a great job and I quickly got over my missing out on the construction. At least I can say the idea of a Red Velvet Dinosaur Cake was mine.

Monday was K8's Birthday. For her gift, Q and I went to the new Patina on Snelling and picked out a great box made out of recycled magazines for Ozzi's baby stuff, a candle lantern made out of recycled metal and glass, and Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth.



I also made her the best carnitas I've ever made.
